May be it’s a quick reaction,
May be something that will last for a day,
But I feel bad!
I was about to read his novel,
About to take in the knowledge he had given,
Just about to admire him more,
And I heard he is no more.
It feels like a void,
For the reasons unknown.
I never met him,
Nor was he my idol,
But deep down somewhere,
I liked him, praised him
And they say he is no more!
But then I question,
Who says he is dead?
A person is known for his ideas,
And his will surely stay,
His speeches will surely motivate,
And his face will give us the peace.
To the one man,
Who changed the way I looked at president,
The one man I was about to admire more,
Rest in peace, Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam,
For the peace you have given us all!!
