Mind Body and Soul

There are some days I just feel so uneasy, as though there is nothing in particular I would wish to do! just gazing around the day trying to find the this and that of everything, when this morning I went for a smoke! I think there is something about smoking, it just just clears up my mind! it is when that is cleared up from all the unnecessary thinking that I just get back into working, or rather thinking about something productive or rather something that I would want to tell myself!

During the smoke session today, I got into thinking about myself, about how I have been all life tried to find meaning to my life through the relationships I have had! through the people that I met, that I have always thought about working things out with the other people, trying to find reasons of why it did not work out, or could not work out, often leaving myself into just the void, often alone!

That lead me into thinking that no matter how many people we run after or try to find about, we are all alone, I mean we did came here alone and will be going alone, and so the most important relationship that we have is the one with ourselves! the experiences we give ourselves, the people we make ourselves meet, the places we go and everything in general, there can never be any thing more important than the relationship that we have with ourselves!

Which got me into thinking, that the relationship with the soul, with the self, what is it! More importantly, how do I form a good relationship with myself, and how do I do things that make me happy and feel enriched and be able to make the journey for my soul the best that it had! the answer that came from within me is of body and mind!

Body and mind are the tools that have been given to us to reach our souls! The day we will make our body fit, and our mind calm, we will start taking steps towards our soul! When we do say that we need to make our mind calm, it does not mean by means of deviating it from the things that it is worrying about, but my resolving them, by giving solutions to its issues and my somethings fulfilling its desires. we need to train our minds to do things that are good for ourselves, it could be reading, studying or any other, that is good for our growth as well!

Making our body fit does not mean that you need to have six pack abs, but the fact that everyday you do give sometime to your body as well! I have come to an understanding that although life is measure in years, it is lived in days and in hours!
