This is not a movie review. With no interest in writing one, also not in watching movies, I write this one! Sometimes in life we end ourselves in situations where we would not want us to be at, sometimes often striving hard to make things right! Sometimes we are so dead inside that it really does not matter..

Well, I was sitting like an idiot trying to pass my time, because well who would want to deal with their problems right? With Netflix reducing its prices in India, I claimed the deal and logged into Netflix, wherein on the home page of the website, a scene from this movie was playing. The one you know, hot shot scene, where one character is introduced, like the talented, takes no bullshit, knows what they are doing and will fight for it.. You know like Mike from the interview scene where he overshadows Harvey, In Suits, kinda like that..

I like movies where women are portrayed as that, the way they are, not just some random crap, but like women, like smart, like hard working, like no bullshit. When I started watching this, I thought maximum 10 minutes I will watch and then will fast forward to see what happens in the end. honestly, I could not do it.

This is a gem movie, no drama, revolving around a woman who is empathetic, determined to do her work, who has her break downs and you will find parts of you being portrayed by her. This is not some trying to be motivating, inspiring, asking you to move forward in life! There is not a single motivating line in the entire movie, yet the honest portrayal of Erin Brockovich does all , it motivates, it inspires, it makes you respect people. For those slacking through their life, it motivates to do better with life, work hard and make things happen.

For me, this movie is more like coming back again to this, every time I feel low, sad, or less motivated, every time I feel like reminding myself that well women, women are more than just pretty eyes, pretty hair and pretty lips. Women are well, women, with the strength that is unbeatable.
