THE JUNGLE BOOK

“NOW this is the Law of the Jungle — as old and as true as the sky;
And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that shall break it must die.

As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk the Law runneth forward and back —
For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.”

This is my favorite dialog from the movie “The Jungle Book”. Trust me, it is an amazing movie to watch, even better if you watch it in English. The way the dialogues have been spoken is incredible. For a second, I felt as if someone is truly speaking in front of me and it is all a real time scenario. You can actually feel for the characters.

For me this movie was completely new, because apart from the game I had no idea what it is all about. And for those like me, the movie revolves around a boy who lands up in a jungle and is then raised by the animals of the jungle. He makes great friends and abides by the law of the jungle. The story is woven all around how love prevails in the end and it is not just the love that is all romantic, but the love of friends, love of parents and the unity, of how good people can actually have lots of fun. I liked the idea that no matter what was happening, when Mowgli realized that his friend is dead and his family is in need, he risked his life to go back and help them out.

He did take decisions that were out of his way and helped people for nothing in return. Beautiful movie I must say and my experience even better. This is the first movie I watched in 3 D and when you see those branches falling and the lion roaring, 3 D makes it all the way more amazing.

There is also this one thing that I really liked was that there was Mowgli’s friend Bageera and in the beginning he was all like be a wolf, you are part of this pack and everything but by the end he said, you are a man and you are not a wolf. Do things your way and I think that is something we must know. That no matter we are part of a pack and it is all beautiful being part of something, but one must always remember his/her own individuality.

So, if you are out there thinking whether to watch or not to watch, my friends GO WATCH IT.
